Milk on its own. My brother brought home a few cartons of milk from school and I've kind of just been drinking them. They quench the thirst quite well.

Yes, I drink straight milk constantly, at least 1-2 glasses per day. I often combine it with whipping/thickened cream (based on @Nithingr's suggestion) which makes it more filling and gives it a creamier taste/texture. Eating most foods seems like too much effort a lot of the time, so milk is a good alternative.

They shouldn't be called milk because they're made completely differently.
If cows would be crushed into liquid to make milk, then it would make sense to call soy "milk" and almond "milk" milk. Otherwise no, unless soybeans have tits that are milked like cows.
