Let's say that, genetically, you can be 140+ IQ. Under optimal conditions (nutrition, love, socialization - basically, nurturing), you will reach your peak. Without that proper nurture, you will fall somewhere below your upper bound.
The same is generally true for height, strength, fitness, and everything else whose expressions can be affected during your growth and development.

It's acquired through education, that's why all the ethnics and blacks on this forum are so intelligent and make such good posts.
Think of the brain as a enigine. If a engine isnt used for a long enought time. The gasoline or desiel will coagilate and make the engine usless. If you dont use your brain. Your body will focouse less nutrients on the brain making you less smart. Once in a wile it would pay to do some math shit or get into trade science. Keep your brain running.
