Ive had shitty jobs like that, being abused like that is horrible. they don't even care. A lot of people abuse customer service reps just to feel powerful even if it's just for a second, because they are unhappy with their lives and want to take it out on someone. the worst part is that in many of these places they use the same copypasted Indian call center template which means you are not allowed to hang up or interrupt the conversation and you get reprimanded if you do.
