Im super skinny and have no idea what to do in the gym i legit cant do one thing correct there
If the gym has machines, they have pictures for how to use them.
Search youtube for how to deadlift and squat to start. You can search for things like "free-weight exercises for chest/back/arms/forearms/biceps/triceps" on your phone as well.
I've been lifting regularly for over ten years. As far as form, you can lookup how to do any exercise but every one is built differently. You'll instinctively know how to do things for your body type.
You don't even have to lookup anything. If you want to avoid injuries go lower weight, higher reps. 8+ reps per set. 30 reps or whatever. At higher reps you can lift any way that feels natural to you and not get hurt.
Workout. Eat a range of vegetables and non-processed meats and you'll gain muscle, especially if you aren't already lifting.

Skeletal mass increases with resistance training.
But It's not possible to gain so much muscle you look weird, unless you do illegal drugs like steroids, no matter what your frame is. Most natural guys who lift won't get much bigger than Tom Holland.
I've quit lifting for now because I give zero fucks and have other goals.
