I have many lists of random shit memorized inside my head and I keep on repeating that stuff as if I am telling it to someone. Especially when I am bored or engaged in any uninteresting chore.

Sometimes when I do it I find myself walking around in tight little circles in my room. I've been doing this walking around thing since early childhood, happens when I'm in deep thought.

I also find myself pretending to explain stuff(about science or politics) I care about to people I know. All in my imagination.

I also can't sit still or even stand still when I'm engaged in telephonic conversation, especially if its mentally engaging. I walk around in those tight circles at a brisk pace. Sometimes I walk for hours while talking on phone. (but I guess walking while on phone is somewhat common.)

I know I have depression, PTSD but with these symptoms I suspect ADHD, OCD, autism or some shit like this.

No man you sound perfectly normal

I would say retardation but you probably already know that you have it.
Nah. My iq and reasoning ability is quite alright.

You just described a THC buzz

How often do you socialize with other people?

You are exactly where they want you to be, depressed, asking if you are sick, taking your pills, seeking treatment, doing what the therapists tell you. Free yourself of that shit man. You dont have any mental illnesses cause they dont exist. They are made up by the APA. Enjoy your life.

I think you don't have it.

Over for us tbh. Which one do you relate to

these ones I do all the time jfl

I often do it when I'm taking a bath or like you said some uninsteresting chore

Not much, especially now since I am not going to work and stay at home all day. These habits are old and I didn't socialize much even back then.
Probably a product of isolation tbh

definitely adhd or autist

Did you read these posts by @K9Otaku by any chance? Imo they offer a convincing counter argument to the idea that someone who doesn't fit in is autistic.

well i agree that there are plenty of guys who may seem autistic and have been falsely diagnosed but are just a bit socially awkward, but its usually easier to tell the difference between the two.

Main factors of autism are :
  • social communication challenges and
  • restricted, repetitive behavior
  • Need for unvarying routine/resistance to change - (feeling overwhelmed that the usual daily schedule has or may be disrupted,)
Number 3 dot point is a BIG ONE.

Used to do this but if you do it too much youll level up from being a lonely sperg to a schizo hearing voices

Right now you have this

Bcuz your lonely. Its voluntary but if you become sick they become evil and autonamous auditory voice hallucinations that will tear apart your entire being

I had to scream at them for abt a week day and night to get them out.

You think its all fun and games but you dont know you ate the devils bait and hes slowly roping you in

These people you invite in your head will not respect the rules of the house and trash it.

Kick them out and be at peace.

If you need help killing them you can ask me but try to kick them out yourself first

Imo some of that can be explained more because of PTSD like symptoms from being forced into isolation and mocked so much for being low and ugly status that you become naturally high inhib, have trouble communicating and are forced to fixate on a narrow range of topics just to cope passing the time by yourself.

I relate to these and I’m autistic, could be that

if you were referring to " have trouble communicating and are forced to fixate on a narrow range of topics just to cope passing the time by yourself." to dot point number 3, its a little bit different and i think you misinterpreted it. If i have misunderstood your reference then disregard..

Number 3 refers to being overwhelmed/ cant cope that their daily schedule is disrupted
example -
  • Many autists have routines, rituals, obsessions and special interests. This behaviour helps autists feel less stressed and better able to cope with their surroundings. They might like to eat, sleep or leave the house in the same way every time.
Unfortunately i struggle with this a lot.

But some of the feeling overwhelmed/can't cope that their daily schedule is disrupted can be because of being outcast by others. If each time that your normal schedule was disrupted it resulted in negative social experiences then you come to associate such things with something to avoid at all costs.

Situations where your daily schedule is disrupted are often co-occurring with unconventional rowdy social situations where any ugly guys that try to interact get shit on and either forced to act a clown to stay in the group or get lost and cope by themselves.

Literally all the things OP mentioned apply to me as well.

Plus this
  • Need for unvarying routine/resistance to change - (feeling overwhelmed that the usual daily schedule has or may be disrupted,) i struggle a lot with this

But I'm also trying to suppress these things and become a robot-like creature, with not much success.

They say my wife isnt real.

one shoe is always facing stragiht and the other to nordwest on the left site

i dont know , i hate the right site for whatever reason .

If you have to ask, you know the answer. It's cool though, I'm mentally handicapped and I'm doing ok I guess

I do this too and i have autism so its probably autism

Sounds like you are hyperactive

I actually have a lot of conversations in my imagination too where I'm acting real smart and shit.

Yes, you do have a mental condition. It's called deprivation-of-sustaining-companionship. Obviously, this is just my 2-cents, but still, man, you're human. There are shelves of studies demonstrating how neglect erodes both the mind and the body. Hope you find some peace.
