I think the girl is 17, I'm 23. My face/skin looks particularly bad today, but hair looks good. I can barely speak to people especially women, and I've never cold approached. Do I humiliate myself? I'm only asking here because I'm missing an external force pushing me to do it. Down side is, I memorized her walking path and schedule so I walk it all the time in order to walk past her. If it goes bad I can't do that anymore. She's 4.5/10 af but appeals to me.

Yeah, sort of. If she is under 18 and you are above you would have to ask her parents whether you may fuck her.

If you fail to do so in this case, you can get in legal trouble.
Her parents can sue you but I don't know what punishment you will get for this.

As a Serb, no. Everyone under 18 is a minor and you can bypass this law only if you are a corrupt politician or if the girl doesn't report you (very unlikely).
