Well from experience, rage is mostly a stereotype that affects people who have poor emotional control in the first place. What it does though:

You will usually have a lower tolerance for disrespect, if somebody annoys you, you are more likely to react aggressively.
You will also have a lower tolerance for retards like troons and foids because of how delusional they are

It does definitely make you feel happier, more active and your focus will shift from relationships to simply getting sex in any shape or form.
