already did a not needed surgery on myself, i requested a doctor to remove my frenulum now i live with a scar that is painful there, greedy doctor did not informed that i not needed

Haven't done that in a decade. PS. if you have any signs of self harm, your social status becomes even lower. Women can never love a man who has self-harm scars or anything like that.
Personally I don't do it, but I understand why incels might do it.
An "edgy" foid from my uni class has hundreds of cuts on the arm and always makes sure to show them "unintentionally", to claim attention.
