I use it in daily life. I recommend wearing it with high-top sneakers because otherwise your heel can be too exposed. Also, no more than 3 inches, preferably 2.

Not lifts but I wear trainers that have a 1" heel. They're comfy and don't look retarded or spergy in the way some height boosters because you walk different

Nike air max, bro. I wear the 270s which are expensive but give the highest boost iirc. Most in the air range give at least an inch

Best shoes are boots , since you can't see the foot being in a weird angle. Combine that with baggy jeans that cover your ankle and then you're completely undetectable.

I bought my lifts from temu for dirt cheap. On amazon they are like 20 bucks but on temu i got them for 5 bucks of 2.

Wearing lifts are very risky if you get caught so take that in note, you have to be undetectable at all times.

It doesn't change a thing but at least you don't get heightmogged that brutally.

+Bonus tip: Start wearing them when you are on a break or something so the change isn't noticeable right off the bat.
