Discussion Did you guys ever collect Pokemon cards?

I used to have some and my peers way back in elementary school did as well. I never really understood how to play pokemon cards and when I did play would just apply the logic of the games and whatnot

i remember i used to scam kids by trading fake pokemon cards for real valuable ones and selling them on ebay (they looked convincing enough to the average school kid retard).

Yes. Pokemon wasn't that difficult to understand compared to YuGiOh (which was another trading card game that was collected back in the day)

I do I have a tin full of them I tried collecting the mcdonalds protion cards but my mom was preventing me form doing so it got me mad today i didnt get what i wanted I asked her a couple of times she just ignores me and buys me the wrong thing just questining me and doesn't pay attention I'm going to collect more cards when i can

i never really got into it, though i did play a lot of pokemon as a kid

Yeah in elementary and middle school.
I still have a bunch of them my cousin gave me a long time ago but they are just sitting around in a box somewhere and I never get them out, might sell them one day but I doubt I have any rare ones in there.
