i do think drugs have messed with my brain a bit but i don't think i really care, same with only sleeping like 2-3 hours a day

I think the 2 hour sleep was worse than any drug jfl

I think I damaged my brain a bit further from doing all of these activities repeatedly over time. LDARing was brutal

i agree, feel much shittier on 2 hours of sleep than any drug or drug comedown/withdrawal i've had besides benzos when i had seizures
