biggest white knights I see are ugly guys who at least have a big frame so they try to use it as much as possible by constantly causing confrontation being a hall monitor.

Truly good people try to wonder about if everyone is happy, with patience and emotional support. Not about trying to demonize everyone else and act like he's the only beacon of light.
