JFL Did anyone else become "smart" through LDAR?

By smart i obviously mean increased crystalized intelligence and not IQ.I feel like i have alot of general knowledge compared to people my age because i often watch documentaries or do research on topics I'm interested in during my LDAR sessions and im not a tiktokcel. Can anyone relate?

yea same most of the things i learned are useless.I once memorized all countrys (even the small island nations) and their capitals for no particular reson.Just a complete waste of time.

yea thats kinda what LDAR means, not in the literal sense that you are doing absolutely nothing lying in your bed but rather doing only meaningless unproductive activities like doomscrolling, watching videos /anime etc..
