I thought it was okay. It is really funny at times. I also like seeing the characters interact with each other. My favorite part was probably seeing the overlord characters interact in a friendly way with the human characters since it doesn't really make sense. They REALLY had to tone down the overlord characters for that show but I still enjoyed seeing them in a new setting.

I find cross franchise shows almost never work unless they share really similar settings like alien vs predator

If they are still acting like their own settings they would all be killing each other, then is it still the same characters that you liked?

Only YT snippets. I've finished Overlord a month ago (might rewatch though), am a couple of episodes into KonoSuba, and will get to it after I watch all four of them.

I mean, as OP mentioned, the only ones who would do that there are the Overlord characters, and that can just be handwaved as Ainz banning them from being violent, so it's not really that impossible.

I found how Aqua beating Ainz made overload fans spaz out very funny but outside of that its a pretty meh show. some descent fun nothing too awful

Yeah it's literal goyslop to satisfy consoomers who love retarded anime crossover that don't make any sense. If each series had its own spinoff parody (god please make them animate the re:zero if stories) then it's cool (like carnival phantasm, my personal favorite).
