That’s what feminists say. The law does not, especially in places where prostitution is legal. And even then, if you do get arrested for soliciting prostitution, you will not get charged with rape. You will also not have to register as a sex offender.
You are arrested for engaging in prostitution because it is seen as rape and promoting sex trafficking.
The law does in effect treat prostitution as rape in countries where prostitution is illegal

"Some of these penalties may not seem that troubling on their own. However, imagine losing your car, spending a few days in jail and then having to attend educational classes. These obligations could cause you to miss work, which could make it very difficult to pay the necessary fines and legal expenses. And any free time you have could be taken up by your community service obligations.
Add to all this the requirement to register as a sex offender and it can be nearly impossible to get your life back on track"
The only time I would say I would agree with feminists that prostitution is rape is when said prostitutes are being trafficked. But many prostitutes are self employed and are not under the control of a pimp.
It doesn't matter what you think or agree with. To radical feminists all prostitution is forced sex and therefore rape and that's how the law sees it too
