I have multiple symptoms. Schizophrenia also doesen’t always mean you hear voices and have hallucinations, there are different kinds of it.
But i did hear and see things a lot of time, mostly as a child.
My schizophrenia ist mostly just being very delusional about my environment. For example, i used to skip school, because i thought, my classmates want to kill me, even though they didn’t even do anything to me actually.
I also thought i was a prophet as a teenager, i thought I could heal people and shit, i couldn’t of course
