DS3 so far is ok, but I still prefer DS2 over it.

I always recommend the first one. It's the easiest to learn the mechanics in and the combat is slower than on the other games, making it easier.

Dark Souls 1.
It's the easiest in terms of combat because of how slow paced it is compared to the other games and the mechanics are easy enough to learn.

DS2 was the most fun for me idk why. I just think it's the best looking one out of the 3.
