99.99% of people, when reading two sentence horror stories, wouldn't even think of them as something that could be adapted into a larger piece of fiction. Only a true over 9000IQ genius, a true 5D chess-playing visionary, will be able to look at two sentences and say, "We need to make this into a 20-minute episode. Not only that, we need an entire show with each episode based on another set of those two sentences, there's no way it's not going to be a big hit."
