Hey currycels have you guys eaten Japanese Curry before? I made some today with potatoes and onions; it was pretty good.
Do you add extra salt/sugar in yours? I made it with braised beef and it came out really bitter

I don't add anything else besides potatoes, onions and maybe carrots and meat if I find them in the fridge. I've cooked with braised beef before and the curry tasted normal to me.
