Sometimes, I have moments of extreme rage where I go berserk and break stuff.
The rage cannot be quelled until I am out of energy.
These often end up costing me hundreds of dollars because of the blind rage destruction of my appliances.
I've gotten better at controlling the rage but sometimes I still have the occasional meltdown/tantrum.
Just goes to show what having no outlets does to you.
