I really liked the video. It demonstrated that being free (contrary to conventional wisdom) is not achieved by being left to your own devices or through introspection, but rather through having positive interaction with other people and having ability to develops a sense of self worth through mutual acknowledgement with your peers. Having been denied sympathy and positive interactions by the peers, incels grow up to be spiritually disabled. That's why a lot of us here are very dismissive of others. We weren't been given the chance to develop our spirit.
