When I’m doing leg press I can only go half way down before I can’t go any further because of my HIPS!
Having extremely limited hip range is like hell. You will be like a 50 year fat fuck mobility wise at a young age.
I can’t do full depth on most leg exercise and just moving around like a normal person is impossible.
