Discussion Credibility of this popular scatter plot graph

So is this graph real? I remember seeing it for the first time when Jean-François Gariépy posted it on X. It gets shared often in incel and far right wing spaces on the internet but the rebuttal is that it's "pseudoscience" and you inherit 50% from your father and 50% from your mother no matter what etc. On my life I referred to this graph when one of the few foids I've approached said she only liked black guys. Was curious on peoples thoughts.

I'm pretty sure the X axis is PC1 and the Y axis is PC2, which I think are just types of gene datasets, so the graph is simply showcasing a wide genetic variation between races.
