I doubt it was the diet and it's not your no fap either. We all have dreams of strange kinds and they seem very realistic at times. What I do with my dreams is I try and take my phone and write down what I can remember before it fades, especially for a very vivid one that left a strong impression. Common technique. It's helps you to understand yourself and even control some aspects of your dreams in the future from my experiences.
