I don't go outside and this is my only idea as to how I got it. Maybe some wagie spit it in my food?

You might have picked it up from the delivery man. You might need penicillin. Best go see a doctor.

Are you sure it's strep that you have? Might be a throat virus. Either way can you see a doctor?
