Vidya games aren't doing it for me anymore fellas.
I tried stuff like walking outside but it just makes me feel worse.
What are your copes fellow incels?
 
Studying is a great cope.

You can't have just one cope you gotta have multiple to retreat to when you get burnt out on one such as watching anime or old movies and shows.Then come back to gaming after a while and you will no longer get bored after only 10 minutes
 
Studymaxxing is a fantastic albeit slightly painful cope depending on your IQ.
 
Meditation is the best cope for me since it reduces negative thoughts so much. It also resets your brain in a way that normal copes start to feel better again. But it takes time or it to take place. Its not an instant fix

I need to give it another shot. I've never been able to clear my mind enough to meditate. I'm always thinking about 100 different things.

Its normal. But it just shows that you're not in control of your thoughts (no one is)
