So, I'm lucky to have one male coworker that is a really great guy. He is a HTN who is quite bright, so we get to have pretty interesting conversations for the first 4 hours of work (he gets substituted with a female for the other 4 hours, while I work full time).

So, we drink our coffee, smoke our cigarettes and our conversations, in percentages, go like this:

50% funny comebacks, sarcasm, and general retardation.
40% history, nature, philosophy, hobbies
