Incel means you have zero romantic experiences and are a KHHV, a large minority of normies are virgins but that doesn't mean they haven't made out with women, never went on a date, never held hands with a woman, or had zero romantic experiences.

The definition of incel being virgin allows for these failed normies who aren't KHHVs and have the chance to ascend, as seen by the number of fakecels with normie faces posting brag posts and ascensions threads before they get banned.
