@TheGrayWolf and @ItsOverMan have brought to my attention about additional consent laws regarding this thread:

Apparently not only is there now an age requirement for 'consent', but there are also other (somewhat unknown) characteristics. Including:

Occupation - If you are still in 'school' (High school I think), and are 18, you still cannot consent to any form of sexual practice. And apparently after that, there is a 90 day time period from their graduation onwards where they STILL cannot consent. I believe that this is only in a handful of places around the US, but I haven't looked into it.

I originally thought that this was for a student - teacher relationship, but it appears not; as shown in the above thread. He wasn't her teacher, yet was still imprisoned for 20 years!

So what if you started High school late or had to repeat and graduate when you are 19/20? Another 16 year old will be able to consent but you can't? I'm still confused by this.

Age - As listed above, across the US and EU, the general age of consent is 16, but everyone always talks it up to 18. There are vastly more places of 16 than 18, in the US for example:
1776807181710

Maturity - all the agecucks and moralfags online talk up maturity being a factor too, but there is no law even mentioning it? And it's never the younger girl being mature for her age, it's always the older girl being immature for her age. I'm sure you could find court rulings regarding maturity.

Complete socially constructed bullshit, i fucking hate agecucks.

Unconscious is consent. A forced 'yes' is consent. A mini-skirt is consent. 'Drunk' is consent. Flirting is consent. 'Maybe' is consent. Silence is consent.
I would add to that: there is no such thing as consent:

Your analysis of this minutia is appreciated. We need people to bring the fine print to light before we get tripped up in it.

As an American, I find that map so fucking funny as well. There seems to be no political or geographical correlation whatsoever among the states… just goes to show how meaningless it really is :feelsthink:

The ways that word has been used against me for my whole life could fill up a textbook. One of the most bastardized terms in the English language.

Yes, just further proves how there is no certain "age" that should be a factor.

agreed as men we should just take what we biologically desire
Yes. Females generally find older men attractive, whilst Men generally find younger women attractive - it is just biology.

Yet men are now somehow the 'creeps'

I might hazard a guess about this: there are some states that have a lot more influence than others. What California or Florida (both 18) are doing means a lot more to the nation as a whole than somewhere like Kansas (16).

I mean even though attraction to women under 18 can be perfectly normal, this shit is wrong to say and gives real paedo vibes ngl

Way more people live there so yes

It’s creepy when some people go after literal kids but finding a fully developed 15-16 year old woman attractive is perfectly normal. Like I always say, never break the law though.

β€˜We should take what we biologocally desire’ can also mean toddlers when paedos dig that shit. Just be careful what you say on here

hell naw thats disgusting

It’s a weird Logic. Since women as young as 11 to 12 lose their virginity and it isnt considered a problem if a 13 year old boy fucks her up mentally, we are better off to just ban sex under 18 all together. I always said that. People under 18 generally can’t make proper decisions if we follow the logic of women and tons of mainstream politicians and opinion makers

@Sir Silentium I know they will say muh age and power gap but a man is always physically more powerful than a woman in general, so that 13 year old boy can as easily coerce and overpower her as an adult. This is why having sex under 18 should always be punishable by law to protect our innocent angels from evil men and their retarded decisions

Although we naturally don't biologically desire toddlers as they are not fertile.

I just added some threads in that are worth reading that will make my viewpoint more clear. I also spoke to another user in DMs beforehand:

True, very true. But some do. Still don’t understand how that is possible though. I do agree even finding fully developed 14 year or 13 year old girls can be normal (boobs, fertile, you name it), but I will always Make clear to never break the law. Most men are afraid to admit it because they are afraid to get visited and shit.

I initially agree

I’m just making clear that having an opinion that some laws are stupid doesnt mean you should ever break them or get yourself in trouble for

Never heard of this particular law, but many places have a "by authority" stipulation where you can't have sex with an authority figure until 18 (meaning teachers, parents, etc.).

Age of consent is whatever it is (usually 16 or 17) otherwise.

18 is very rarely the age of consent, but authority figures have different rules.

My grandpa, step father all told me they find 15 year old girls hot, but they don’t act on it because of the law. Its biologically normal to be aftracted to prime young sluts as men

Yes, well just also remember that attraction is not equal to sexual intercourse.

Same here.
Your grandpa is a wise man.

Very true. Also falls under my point. Even it you are a disgusting paedo freak: having those feelings isnt punishable, only your Actions are

Most men are just too afraid to be labeled a creep but it’s simple truth lol. My grandpa even said a 13 year old girl was hot af lol

But even then as mentioned he wasn't her teacher, nor an authorital figure by the looks of it - yet still got sentenced

What a based gentleman, lucky you have a grandpa like that.

Unconscious is consent. A forced 'yes' is consent. A mini-skirt is consent. 'Drunk' is consent. Flirting is consent. 'Maybe' is consent. Silence is consent.

Silence is consent, at least in the United States...provided they're not incapacitated, coerced, or under the age of consent.

Rape requires mens rea. If it's reasonable for the accused to believe there was consent, it's not rape. This means if it's reasonable for a man to believe a woman would let him know if she wanted him to stop and she says nothing, it's not rape.

All of the situations where a lack of a "no" (or equivalent) doesn't rule out legal rape are the same situations where the presence of a "yes" doesn't rule it out either.

Redditors think that you have to ask before every thrust, though. Every sex scene in every movie was "rape" by their definition.

Many also get confused by California's "affirmative consent" law. This just means that colleges have to put it in their Student Code of Conducts. It's considered "rape" at universities in California and they can expel you if you didn't get a verbal "yes."

I mean hes old and doesn’t give a damn as much anymore lol. You see that often when people get closer to death

It says there's some kind of waiting period you have to honor for after they graduate if they were your student.

We can even have the thoughts, but just can't legally act out on it.

Yop exactly. As long as someone has control over his Actions, no one should really freak out tbf. Most people have thoughts of murdering someone for example somewhere in their lifes. Doesn’t mean that most people will kill someone

Yes.

Almost everyone would have had an intrusive thought about killing or causing harm on someone before, but almost none act out on it.

"Consent" is a social construct.

Does the lion ask the gazelle for consent before devouring it? No.

In spite of our civilized trappings, human beings are still animals. Why surpress nature with arbitrary laws?

I do understand and get the Logic why those laws are in place though but then no one should be able to have sex under the age of 18 because of reasons I said earlier if you follow their Logic @Sir Silentium a 14 year old Chad can also coerce a 12 year old girl and is way stronger than her so why does the same Logic not apply there that the 14 yo chad is a paedo creep that should get the death penalty? Agecuck arguments never make sense lmao

To have a functioning society

A 15 year old can legally coerce with a 12 year old too? Or is there something else I don't know about. Is it that 2 year age difference? Or does that only apply to a 16 an 18 yr old for example?

A 15 year old fucking a 12 year old is perfectly normal lmao but whe. The dude is 18 and the FOID 15 to 14 all agecucks Will want to kill the dude

He wasn't her teacher, yet was still imprisoned for 20 years!
It's true he wasn't her teacher but he hasn't been imprisoned yet. 20 years is the maximum penalty. Google Gemini said :
Trial Status: In March 2026, a judge determined there was enough evidence for the case to proceed to trial. He is scheduled to appear back in court in April 2026.

Given that he's a Chad/Chadlite, the jury will probably nullify and throw out the case because he's a Chad and it's a stupid law and he wasn't even her teacher. But who knows.

Ah that's good, I thought he was already imprisoned.

It's all so confusing. 'Consent' laws really shouldn't be this complicated.
Tells you everything you need to know that it’s bs anyway going against our nature
