It is a part of the sith doctrine to believe that peace is something tangible. But all rising grounds for peace are based on suppression, which essentially defies the very concession of any format of organization being labelled as part and parcel of peace.
Suppression by a greater force/ conflict is an institution of domination. Domination is about overwhelming other hyperactive forces of trying to attain dominion in the competition hierarchy. And the competition hierarchy being so deeply and broad rangingly ingrained into the tapestry of physics in of itself.
