Atleast when it comes to men, confidence comes from looks, because you literally cannot be confident if everyone tells you, youre ugly, repulsive and subhuman.

However if a guy gets constantly compliments left and right based on his looks, his confidence level will automatically shoot trough the roof. This is why chads are never insecure.
