2. make sure you acquire some kind of image set, good backstory, etc
3. infiltrate some tight knit community like 4b on reddit and twitter, etc
4. spend a few months becoming known in this community on all platforms. make high effort posts they will agree with
5. drop all contact for one week
6. when you come back, explain you were in hospital for some kind of disease
7. create GoFundMe (or get them to do it) for your medical bills
8. pass it around the community on all platforms
