do no think like that, many cold aproach coaches are 100% scam. However some of them, are not, thing is that they're not universal.
Example:
If you're 5.8-9 maybe you can increase your attractivness with social skills. But if you're below 5.6 it's over doesn't mind how good you're as a PUA, for foids you're not even considered a men
