Close-set eyes/Long Midface is the BIGGEST DEATH SENTENCE there is, facially speaking

Bad nose? => Rhinoplasty


I saw a thread title here some days ago saying that a weak lower third is the biggest death sentence, which is ridiculous when so many jaw surgeries exist (BSSO, genio, leforts).

But NOTHING CAN SOLVE A LONG MIDFACE along with CLOSE-SET EYES. You can't widen the eyes. You can't shorten the face. The only cure is to be hit by a speeding bus.

I know this feel all too well.

The first guy is over 20 (I think he’s from Lookism), so he already has went through puberty. And no, he was never destined to be a Chad without surgery. He had a recessed chin, big nose, recessed maxilla and NCT that makes him look like a sewer rat. Was Incel AF before surgery. Also, the others went from subhuman to normie.

I’m considering it because although my midface is compact, my close set eyes make my midface look longer than it is.

Yeah, I got a midface lift but that only lifts the sagging skin. It doesn't shorten the underlying bone structure that makes the midface long in the first place.

Seeing him is inspiring as we have almost identical eye areas. Slightly close set, not vertically narrow enough, long dark lashes which give an overall feminine appearance. Only real difference is his eyes are bright blue as mine are bright green and his eyes are a bit more hooded (I’m getting surgery for hooded eyes soon though).

I hate to break it to you but his eye area + color is far better than yours...Sorry.
