I LOVE smoking my Marlboros. But I try to be cautious. Cancer is painful and expensive. And since I'm poor, I try not to smoke too many. Why does it have to be this way

I'm at the point where I say I'd trade with someone who has incurable cancer. Or am I underestimating something?

Incurable cancer is still okay, I think, because you know you're going to die. The problem are the cancers where there's a chance you can survive. That drains your wallet and body.
