I'm not a specialist in Christianity but what I garner is that Catholicism acknowledges the existence of the various ethnicities as defined by language, ancestry, land, culture etc. and that they should all be converted into Catholicism. The concept of "race" is a modern scientific invention, and although this idea is not considered outright wrong or invalid, it is also irrelevant. Skin colour is as irrelevant as eye color, ear shape, nose length, or mitochondrial haplogroup, IQ etc. All hominids are considered equally worthy to be saved as catholics.

That said, race mixing is not forbidden nor encouraged. Whom one marries is a personal choice. The ethnicities should not be segregated nor forcefully integrated. It is a matter of individual choice.
