Height is clearly better than face. For the simple fact that it's incredibly rare for a woman to date someone shorter than her. Average male height differs from women by 2 standard deviations so you'd expect to see 5% of couples where the woman is taller. We know it is nowhere near this common and one study I found shows the likely hood was 1/720 couples had the female being taller.

And being tall brings you a lot of non-dating advantages, i.e. you get respected more etc.
Few men get mocked for their face but making fun about short guys is absolutely standard.
Tall ugly guys get ignored, short pretty boys get either pitied or mocked.
