Chinatown has more AMWF than Vietnamtown

Since I have background from both countries I noticed when I visit Chinatown's near restaurants there's more AMWF . if I go to Vietnam towns there's considerably less AMWF and way more WMAF.
I guess it's because SEA men are usually shorter.
