I don't know why you guys praise china so much, but the situation in ground isn't as bright as you envision. .
For one, China has mass suveriliance, which monitors life of it's citizens 24/7 and everywhere, combined with the usage of CCTV, satellite, internet history, wifi, anything you can make of, so they know everything you do.

For two, this social credit system only punishes incels. Nowhere it punishes cheating, slutting around, being a Chad etc. Stuff like buying a video games, spending extra time on the internet reduces your social credit score.

For third, the Chinese values stability over anything, if incel movement was in China, we would be shutdown and sent to concentration camps in xinjiang long time ago.

To add to this point, you don't even have to have a movement. The Chinese monitors your search history and any antisocial searches (I hate women stuff) you do, they will know and adjust your score.

There's no free speech in China, anytime you bring up antisocial stuff you get your score reduced, simple.
