[Chatcel oppression] Sick of chat alerts not working!!!

I'd put this in Meta and Feedback but 90% of chat complaints get ignored there for ages so there is no point. I just want Chat alerts to not be garbage. 1/2 the time I am not even alerted when I get a PM on there and if you get tagged in chat its a nightmare to find the original quote. Brutally over for Chatcels tbh.
