Piece of cake. Today is day 0 for me. Decided to do this challenge yesterday, starting today, so I could have fapped. But I didn't. Which brings me to first peice of advice I give to you guys. Let your challenge start one or a couple of days later. If you manage to not fap during the days before the challenge even began, you will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.
