You have the investor class who worked in finance, scammed billions off the middle class. They now invest in bullshit profitless media companies like reddit, vice, garbage social media sites, twitter, etc. Shit that never turns a profit.

Next you have the government that pays 5x market on below average contractor work. They award contracts to shit tier companies who hire a lot of women, gays, and minorities.

And that is 99% of the economy in america. If there are any money to be made without the government, a corp worth 100+ billion just sucks it up because they had the government pass a shit ton of regulations so no small guy can complete.

So why do companies hire women?

to get more gov contracts or because it doesn't matter if they even come close to making a profit.
