Yes, you can do image-to-video locally. It's a little complicated so I can't help you set it up as I struggle with it myself. You need a good graphics card with a lot of VRAM. I think 8GB minimum is required. Or it might be 16GB. The worst part is that WAN doesn't have any audio. Once you find an NSFW workflow you have to find specific LORAs for what you want to do. Like a blowjob LORA or facial LORA. And the quality can be pretty dogshit compared to Grok. A single 9 second clip on a good video card can take upwards of 5 minutes to generate.
