I took a sleep aid, i have rain noise on, and my mind cant switch off

I'm consumed by the thoughts of all of my failures & fuck ups: Now yeah sure i'm incel but i could have done other stuff differently which would have made life better, though when your life is shit you're inclined to make shit choices. Think I even saw some study on X referencing that jfl

Is there any advice on what to do?
