yeah i tried prilosec for a bit and all it did was give me nausea lol

just started having really bad acid reflux in january and didn't see a gastroenterologist until now

pain was so bad at first i thought i was having a heart attack

Dang that sounds pretty bad. I’ve had it for a long time now, maybe 15 years or something. When I first got it, it felt like my stomach just stopped working. Now it just makes it hard to sleep well usually and I cough a lot after eating.

Luckily any of those drugs have worked. I need to get back on one.

Did it make you constipated ?

Lately I've been having a slight tinging stomach pain and weird bowel behaviors (my stool is mostly wet and amorphous) My doctor (the same one that prescribed me the esomperazole) reccomended me to go try some Miralax. It says to only take for a week, and I'm on day 5.

Honestly no idea why my stomach is acting up. Only good thing that's happened is that esomperazole has helped A LOT with my heartburn. No more chest pains (and excessive burping too)

I still probably am eating some acidic things without realizing. I cut out the most obvious things like citrus and onions. Don't consume dairy and or anything fried anymore.
