I recently made a post along these lines about the content one may consume during, but now it seems like the act itself has gone the same way. I just can't get over how pathetic I feel. The same thing has already been done so many times that it grew futile. And it feels like a waste of energy, a waste of an experience that should not have been had alone. Of course I am never going down the unfathomably cucked route of NoFap, but I can't deny what I sense. Maybe this is just a brief misconception that will pass over soon.
