Can't even cry anymore

Just tried to cry, don't even remember the last time I did before this. Didn't fucking work of course, I remember at least getting some relief after crying now I can't get any at all.

i was in the tub and maybe from seeing the water suddenly cried a bit because what hurts the most is i’m sure i have the capacity to love but due to my autism and ocd it’s only rational to hate myself. it’s always what hurts me the most

it’s the worst when you don’t plan on crying but crying anyway and i think i’ve gone insane because i heard a meow and laughed much too hard. then i saw a spiky sandcastle in a commotion picture realm and laughed uncontrollably
