Just world fallacy copers love the doublethink cope: "If it's in your control, why worry. If it's not, why worry." I understand why you struggle to cope or outright cannot. Chaos is inherently unpredictable. If you develop a working model, it's very nature is to defy your systems. The nature of things out of our control is to defy copes.
