I know the soy stuff estrogen meme exists, but stuff like pork also have high amount of PUFA content.
Even if it is true, can you hypothetically be a buff and lean soyboy?
Or will you end up like japanese sumos but with higher amount of harmful fat? (Sumos are very muscular under that fat)
