Seems like when I wear loose boxers or sleep naked I get more and bigger erections. Also when flaccid seems slightly bigger. Could tighter underwear be restricting blood flow?
it can make blood flow less strong than normal and decrease the amount of blood that goes to the penis, also it increases the heat in the dick area which make the balls less capable to make T and sperms.
